Took a female springer from a filthy stinking kennel out of pity. Office was stinking of animal urine, was filthy dirty. Don’t even mention paperwork!! So called insurance policy was useless. Our ESS was seen by our vet and immediately diagnosed with advanced liver disease. Sadly she died after 2 months. My only consolation was she died loved, comfortable and had 2 happy months.
This place is diabolical and should be closed immediately. I also had a friend whose Jack Russel puppy had Parvovirus from there.

A caring well run rescue. The pets are always at the centre of everything they do.

We have just rescued a beautiful cavachon, and we've had no problems, everything ran smoothly. Overall very happy.

I will never rescue a dog from here again. Awful place should be closed down. Brought a beautiful dog called Luna and only had her a few months the dog had advance mange that had affected her brain which she had been suffering a considerable amount of pain. We had multiple vet visits which the vet couldn’t examine her because of her behaviour and was told she needed to be put down so with a heavy heart we did. The vet checked her over when heavy sedated and said she had mange that was affecting her brain and that what was causing her to change. RSPCA are a joke to scared of her to do their job and are to meant to protect animals 😡

Totally diabolical, Were told to take an animal there which was in need of help that was found. After travelling to the place which was an awful road.14 miles away (I think they should of collected the animal)
No one could be bothered to answer the door (after saying to go there and a car parked outside, also hearing noises that someone was there)
How can these people say they are Animal lovers when an Animal in need is turned away.
Thankfully a home was found after alot of running about which took alot of time and effort which wouldn't of been had Creature Comforts done as they say on their website..Just dont waste your time with them!
