I just love this shop. What a local treasure full of gems. I've brought many items from jewellery to mirrors. The shop owner is delightful and very knowledgable. Definitely a must see.

Wonderful shop with interesting range of vintage furniture , lighting and miscellaneous decorative accessories . The staff were wonderfully helpful . Prices are reasonable too. I will definitely be back !

Such a fabulous shop! Me and my girlfriend are in the whole time, such lovely staff and the best place to go for presents that you know the person will love and amazing one off's! This remains one of our favourite shops!

I would like to thank the shop owner/assistant at 243 Decorative Antiques for the most helpful information regarding the19th century mirrors. They are beautiful and after much debate on which one to choose, I think I have bought the best! (I think I will be back for the other one though too!) The lovely candles are to die for!! The vintage jewellery is fabulous, and I get so many compliments when I am wearing the pieces I have bought here.

Awful! Argumentative, grumpy, rude shop assistant/owner telling me what to think about a piece of furniture. What happened to "the customer is always right" philosophy? Clearly no customer service manner or art of persuasion. Had to walk out in the end as I refuse to spend money where you are clearly judged as soon as you walk through the door. Not a nice experience.

Bought some soap, candles and matches at this lovely shop. Lots of delights waiting to be found. The various coloured baskets are beautiful, too. I will return again.
