Have walked past their beautiful shop front many times, but a few weeks ago finally found the time to go in. I was looking for a desk lamp, and found the perfect one for me amongst a real trove of lighting in the basement!

Thank you Ioannis, the lights you shipped to me in France arrived in perfect condition, they are even better than I expected and make a wonderful addition to my home.

I purchased a beautiful 1970s glass coffee table in June 2022, and Yannis (the owner) could not have been more friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful during the process.

The communication, whether face to face or via email, was quick and clear. While the item, when it was delivered, was exactly as described and of superb quality.

I found Ground One Six when I started to search for classy vintage items through Instagram. His profile came up first in my search for Maison Jansen/Maison Charles etc. I bought two stunning one of a kind lamps from Ioannis. Contact with Ioannis was very easy and pleasant. Later I found out that he used to be a fashion designer for celebrities like Lady Gaga! This guy really has an eye for class and esthetics. Shipping overseas was no problem. Perfectly packed and quick. Very happy with my purchase!

I visited the shop on Saturday after a long scroll at nearby Camden market and I was very impressed! It’s like an Aladdin’s cave, lots of unique and amazing pieces, a really big collection of lamps in the basement and Yannis was really helpful!
