A quaint treasure-cove, open on the weekends with parking. Something for everyone. A great place to visit.

A great antiques shop, with loads to buy, and good prices.

Unlike what some other reviewers are saying, the shop does not have its own parking, but there is some free on-street parking nearby or else Tesco's Pay & Display car park is to the rear of the shop which is probably your best bet. Sounds like Tesco is quite diligent on issuing tickets from reading the other reviews!

Do check an item very carefully before purchase though, as I bought a cabinet there that seemed fine on the face of it, and which they loaded into my car for me, which meant I didn't spot that that base was riddled with woodworm and one of the legs was so wonky it fell off. Mind you, the price did reflect it and it is my fault entirely for not checking more carefully. The cabinet has now turned into a restoration project.
Caveat Emptor, and all that.

Interesting warehouse-style antiques centre, located in the centre of the town, in a former pub. Loads of rooms to explore and you will always find something that catches your eye. Pleasant lady at front desk. Prices reasonable, and bargains to be found.

Went in for the first time since lockdown, always been ok, must be new owners. Tried to charge me 35 quid for a Pyrex rolling pin! Just bought one off ebay for 10! No prices written on anything, just a ticket where you ask the guy behind the counter. Such a shame, doubt I'll go back!

What a mess! This Antiques Centre used to be a pleasure to visit. New stock has just been dumped anywhere, the upstairs rooms are no longer accessible and there's a very distasteful room full of stuffed animals...hunting trophies of their day....really? Looks like a change of ownership. I will not be visiting again.

Not even open at 2:30pm, and you need cash (coins) for their car park or risk a £100 fine. Avoid at all costs complete waste of time.
