A labyrinth of rooms full of antiques and interesting unusual things. Great to escape the busy Beaumaris high street for a browse and chat with Stephen the owner. Many items over the years visiting Anglesey and a friend of mine regularly purchases Steam Punk things.

A friend of ours excitedly returned to our car, while on holiday in Anglesey, to report he'd found a great antique shop in Beaumaris. He was especially delighted as they had a Nailsea glass galleon under a dome.... a rare find he was thinking about adding to his small collection of such vessels.

We returned together the next day. What a brilliant shop! An eclectic mix of fascinating items, creatively displayed. The owner, Stephen, was very chatty and welcoming, wears his considerable knowledge of antiques lightly and you never felt 'pounced upon', as can unfortunately be the case in some shops.

Stephen clearly has a keen 'eye' for the unusual and the shop has many tempting items. We were in the antiques business ourselves many moons ago, so aren't easily impressed as a rule. But here I was reminded of Howard Carter's famous phrase uttered on first glimpsing inside Tutankhamun's tomb....and seeing "wonderful things"!

Stephen's prices are reasonable and we'll definitely be back again. And, yes, our friend did drive home with the carefully-cushioned glass galleon on his back seat!

Never had the privilege of visiting Anglesey Antiques in person, but have chatted with Stephen on many occasion. I've always purchased remotely, the service and delivery is fantastic and have always been very pleased with all my purchases. Hope to get to Beaumaris one day. Worth following them on Instagram they post loads of stuff. 100% recommend

Have been calling in the Antique and soft furnishings shop for the past 4 years , sadly only once a year when we go on holiday .
Always buy a item , you just couldn’t go out empty handed .
This year ( last week ) I bought a fabulous lamp
It’s sitting in its pride of place and looks fab , just what I was looking for .
I just love going in this superb little Warren , love the chat with with owner she is amazing .
Ladies go and have a look at the cushions this lady makes they are amazing !!!
See you next year .... hopefully for another purchase .

We visited this stunning place just over a week ago and it very quickly became one of our favourite shops in Beaumaris. It is an absolute tardis - a treasure trove of unique pieces! The placing of everything in the shop is so incredibly well considered and thought-out, and it very cleverly makes you want to keep exploring (which my husband did at length!)
It was also an absolute joy meeting and chatting to Lynne, who was incredibly insightful and helpful when we talked about what we were looking for. In the end we came away with 2 glazed jugs that we just couldn’t leave behind, but as soon as we have moved into our new home up here in North Wales we will definitely be back here for more things to fill it with!

When I walked into the shop the lady who was in charge looked at us as if we couldn’t even afford a penny in her shop as we walked round the shop the lady kept looking at us .my youngest daughter touched a chair and the lady pushed my daughter out the way and started vigorously cleaning the chair saying my daughter was a little dirty pig. my oldest daughter picked up a vase that was on the side and the lady soon said that she wasn’t to touch the vase as it is appropriately worth £2000 but it’s not it’s worth £750 most stuff she over charges for. She wasn’t a professional lady in the antique busy, I should know as I’m in the antique trade

This is my dream shop. Absolutely gorgeous items for sale and some incredible unusual pieces too!! Lynne (possibly spelt wrong!!) who owned the shop has made a beautiful job of merchandising everything so it looks lovely and inspiring. And there was a great range of prices too, some things were outside of my reach but plenty was affordable. Lynne was really knowledgeable and helpful and clearly has a passion for what she does. Will definitely be back with more spending money this time!!!

Avoid this shop at all costs. The way I was spoken to today was unnecessary, inappropriate and very unwelcome. The person (owner?) at best, needs to undertake basic customer service training but perhaps should reconsider being in the trade at all. There was no one else in the shop at the time we were in,(thankfully) as I was astounded by her reaction and comments to the fact I had taken a photograph of a glass fish (this had brought back so many memories, as a small child saving pocket money to buy my parents a similar one in the 70s). I was bluntly told to delete the photograph and turn off my camera, she then continued to loudly rant about policy! A simple “excuse me, would you mind not taking photos” would have sufficed.
In todays ever competing High Street v Internet market and cost of living crisis, politeness, a warm welcome and an interest in your customers goes a long way.
