Green House Market Letchworth

I have always enjoyed mooching around this place until I purchased a table and following a split in the top of it, 4 months after purchase, received no offer of replacement or repair. The table had been well looked after. Beware of this when you buy anything as you are unlikely to have good after sales service if you need it.

wonderful aladdins cave, I always buy props and unusual items for photoshoots and catwalk shows, a little bit of Camden on my doorstep, I love the restored furniture, the free advice about furniture painting, the trinkets and objects d'art and the atmosphere. I dare anyone to pop in and not buy something...such a hidden gem

Always pop in when I need a new activity for my charity and community work as different things seem to turn up every week. Cannot resist a wander through the varied stock so many interesting pieces for the home. This week was a bonanza for me excuse me mentioning Christmas so early! It is because I need to think of new, interesting and bargain activities as I do them for free using my wages or fundraising I do selling my own stuff. Amazing wicker stockings I found only 50p each! The children and families can fill these as will be gorgeous as alternative mini Xmas stockings, they can fill with coloured confetti, topped with sweets and a Christmas ribbon perfect, many thanks Immy

Me and my partner absolutely love spending time in Green House. You can easily find very unique items for really affordable prices. All ladies that works there are very polite, and always happy to help. We bought few furniture pieces and mirror in past and all though they weren’t huge sizes, very nice owner arranged cheap (10£) delivery for us on the same day. I often like to pop in and have a quick look around at all beautifully restored furnitures. It’s brilliant that they actually can restore items there as I believe it would be possible to ask for some customised changes what is an amazing advantage. I highly recommend that place to all vintage/retro/unique pieces lovers. Could spend hours there and to write about advantages but just simply check it out yourself. And at the end: BIGThank you to the lady that owns that place- you are lovely and very nice to my little boy every time we visit, always busy and hardworking but finding time for cheerfull hello 👋🏼 best regards

Well I lost interest in Camden a long time ago due to the fact it is so commercialised, such a shame. So when I first visited the Greenhouse I could not believe how it took me back to the how Camden used to be all those years ago ,it truly is quirky, also an excellent place for rummaging and it is virtually impossible to leave without buying something.

Just love this place . The service is friendly and very helpful . I’ve bought many items and the kind lady has delivered to me . It’s good to browse on a regular basis as I often find new hidden treasures that’s just arrived .

This is a really interesting place. Lots of variety - crockery, mirrors, large and small furniture, trunks, chests, coffee tables etc + very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a trip if you like vintage stuff.

Great mix of retro bric a brac, antiques and great props old and relatively new.
