A bit of a hidden gem, London is so full of hidden gems that it is hard to work out which i should recommend. Its a collection of antique dealers set in a beautiful art deco building. The shops are varied in style period and items. But that adds to the charm. You will rarely find bargains here as all have usually been snapped up by other dealers. What makes the place is the roof top deck restaurant which is the real hidden gem of alfies. Food is very reasonable and really intimate.

Great choice of antiques with plenty of independent dealers in the store and a great rooftop cafe serving freshly cooked food at sensible prices.

Ever felt like time traveler, a bit like the main guy from Midnight in Paris movie?

This is a place that has this feel. Loads of odd, interesting, quirky, small and big items. A friendly cafe upstairs which has a roof garden. Definitely worth a visit!

Was a fun market to visit during our short visit in London. Most dealers were very friendly with a wide variety and some reasonable prices to be found amongst the floors of goods.
Was a bit disappointed to be told none of the food in the rooftop cafe was suitable for a gluten free diet so all I could have was coffee while my partner had lunch. Otherwise a great experience!

I was excited to visit Alfie’s but the prices are ludicrous and the target audience seems to be those who don’t know better. Dealers were largely aloof and the overall vibe was sadly very pretentious. A shame because there’s a real opportunity to do better, but I left not wanting to return. I’ll stick to IACFs!

Fabulous place to spend a few hours browsing. Coffee on the rooftop was lovely.

It was nice to see all the stalls but most stall holders seemed quite rude or ready to charge extortionate prices. I’d always wanted to go to AAM but the reality didn’t live up to the legend.
