Bardons Antiques

Pretty awful dude. Owner doesn't have much common courtesy. I was having a coffee with my partner at the Lemon Tree when this guy plops himself down in one of his chairs next to our table and lights up a cigarette. I wouldn't normally bother but the smoke was going right in my face. When my partner asked if he would mind shifting his response was "Well it is my shop" and mumbled something about us sitting in the wrong chairs. Which made no sense as we were sat in the cafe chairs. But alright that is fair it is his shop, but it doesn't excuse his blunt rudeness. Anyway I'd avoid just based off that, there are plenty nicer antique shops in Llandudno.

Quite a strange experience when eating ice cream and fish & chips from the shops next door. We were quietly sitting as a family at the tables belonging to the ice cream parlour next door, when a guy from Bardon’s Antiques comes rushing out and tells us we can’t eat there as it is “against the law”. We explained that we were eating ice cream purchased from the shop outside which we were sitting, but he ending up shouting and abusing us, so we decided to leave as it upset the children. Maybe he was having a bad day, but don’t try to chase off neighbouring shops’ customers, don’t shout at families with young children and don’t make up “laws” that don’t exist!

Excellent service,good prices,very satisfied.

Same as others have noted. Online says shop open, huge steel shutter over the door proves otherwise.

Went today said online it was open got there and it was closed, opening times on the door says should of been open until 5
