Extremely unique. So much to choose from. Designs are outstanding. My cloak attracts so many compliments and the knitted cushion with tree design is everyone's favourite when they visit. The shop is full of what will become family heirlooms. you're very lucky if you have chance to visit.

Tiny shop in the middle of nowhere but with the best selection of Welsh blankets. We drove from east to west across the Cambrian Mountains to get there; fantastic views!

Just received my order of a beautiful tapestry blanket. Ordered Saturday, got Tuesday. Great service and a real find. Could get addictive!

Stayed in one of the Shepard’s huts for my 30th Birthday!! Absolutely wonderful and would love to come back for another stay!

Jane is charming and always has the kettle on to welcome you with a smile and cuppa, Jane's knowledge of each blanket is extraordinary, so what is there not to love? Make sure you leave plenty of time to visit, as choosing your special purchase could take some time - settle in, have a cuppa and enjoy the experience!

I have spent many a contented hour (or two ) deciding which blanket/s, cushions or gifts to purchase - A must destination for any tourist or fellow local to the area, you will not be disappointed! I Love it!

Avoid. Awful experience, unfortunately. I am really upset about the experience I have endured from Jane. Jane didn't honour a credit note for over 350 pounds. I bought a blanket for my sisters 40th birthday, which cost me over 350 pounds. My sister wasn't keen on the blanket so I sent it back and got a credit note. I was fine with that. Unfortunately, Jane didn't honour the credit note. Jane sent me the credit note to my email, the email that it was sent to I couldn't get into and before the credit note ran out I contacted Jane to help me. To me, 350 pounds is a lot of money and because I had been in contact with Jane and still had the receipt as proof of purchase, I thought Jane would want to help me. I was really shocked by her reaction, she didn't care about the situation at all, didn't help and was quite aggressive and very rude because of the situation I was in. I sent her the receipt from her shop but still, she couldn't care less. Jane seemed to forget that I had bought a blanket and spent the night at her shepherd's hut. The whole trip where I stayed at her shepherd's hut cost me nearly 500 hundred pounds. I am really upset that I had spent such a huge amount on a birthday present for my sister's 40th where she could keep forever that now I have nothing and my sister doesn't have a 40th birthday present. I'm just so upset that Jane decided not to help one of her customers and just was so aggressive and rude. I feel that I have been robbed of a lot of money by Jane. It's a horrible feeling. It should never be OK not to honour a credit note when someone had been in contact with the owner and has the receipt as proof. I feel the way I have been treated is completely disgusting. I don't normally write reviews but I don't think this is not fair or right in any way. I thought I should write this to warn other customers that this could potentially happen to them.

Always greeted with a warm reception and the offer of fresh tea or coffee!!.Jane has definitely the largest stock of Welsh blankets available at great prices.Ty Zinc is set in the most beautiful of surroundings.Highly recommended .

What a wonderful heavenly soft & exquisite blanket - 50 years old yet as new. Will use for my future Welsh Winters & hope to be well enough to visit in person soon.
