During the process, Jimmy Malone helped in finding an apartment at Well House. He is very friendly and answers all questions with lot of patience. In addition, he helped me to set up an account with VitalEnergi during my stay in pent house, though it's not his responsibility. He is moving to different role from today. Wish him the very best.
In addition, Jezza helped me in parallel. She is very helpful and explained me the process in securing apartment. Thanks to Jimmy & Jezza for all your inputs.
There's a friendly team at the well house. Overall I had good experience.
This is NOT true! Unless it's the tenant who changes their mind, the landlord MUST return the reservation fee to potential tenants whom they have rejected.
I therefore decided not to pay the reservation because they were so dishonest since Day 1!

The employees are affectionate and loving.
Among them is an employee named Jezza she is very affectionate and helpful.
I had a problem a manager *Hana* she herself came to my flat to check up on the problem.
They are really cooperative.

Pros:
Good location, well maintained communal areas, spacious and comfortable flat.
Cons:
Very poor management and customer service and a constant struggle to get anything done.
- During our first month at the flat, we tried setting up Sky TV - Gave up after two Sky engineer visits and a couple of ignored emails to the residents team (The engineer said the fibre optic cable is faulty and needs to be looked at by the maintenance team - the residents team ignored our emails)
- We had heating issues - It took several emails and 3 weeks to get that resolved.
- We booked a cleaning service using the Well House Concierge app, they never showed up. Requests for a refund were ignored and we had to raise a dispute with our credit card provider to get the money back.
- We have been told that parking space has been reserved for us. Attempts to speak to someone so that we can have access to the car park are ignored. The bay "reserved" for us is continuously in use by another vehicle.
