Very disappointed with my experience exiting the property. I was promised my deposit back within 14 days. It’s now been 6 weeks, failure to respond to emails/telephone calls, no update, just being left to chase after money which is owed in a scenario that breaches the T&C of their own contract. Absolutely ludicrous.

Special thanks to Jimmie Malone and ALL the maintenance team members for making our three-year stay so pleasurable. Hundreds of people are being devotedly served here. Surely, we have had some issues, but all have been resolved in a respectful and considerate and timely manner. Our memories of the three years we spent at The Well House will last a lifetime. Many many thanks.

Though we did not end up living here due to scheduling conflicts (we were looking for an interim short term stay before a permanent move), we had an amazing experience with Jimmie. The building is very well appointed and so are the units (we viewed several of them). Aside from the location and all the pluses of this residence, Jimmie Malone makes a difference here! If there is a factor to make us select this residence more than others it will have to be Jimmie’s presence. Maybe it’s the southern charm and hospitality of Texas! He was very descriptive, transparent, accommodating, honest, supportive, friendly, and most importantly to this industry, timely, accurate, and direct with all information. If you do choose to view any unit in this building definitely ask for Jimmie.

Since I’ve stayed in the next door Adagio apt hotel for my relocation period, I just stopped by to make a viewing appointment, and I got a surprising response from manager. She said “I am not ready to meet you, please come again” In a rude and arrogant manner. The poor owner don’t know that She broke your business down.

The Well House is one of the big & beautiful establishment accommodating hundreds of residents in the heart of Sutton. Managing such a huge number of apartments is not an easy task. I live in a pent house which is not managed by Well House team. Of late, l have to vacate pent house, as owners wish to sell property.

During the process, Jimmy Malone helped in finding an apartment at Well House. He is very friendly and answers all questions with lot of patience. In addition, he helped me to set up an account with VitalEnergi during my stay in pent house, though it's not his responsibility. He is moving to different role from today. Wish him the very best.

In addition, Jezza helped me in parallel. She is very helpful and explained me the process in securing apartment. Thanks to Jimmy & Jezza for all your inputs.

There's a friendly team at the well house. Overall I had good experience.

I went to view a flat and it was Jezza Loyola who showed me around. When I asked her if it was the Well House who decided not to rent the flat to me, would they give me back my reservation fee. Jezza Loyola said, "No, because we have held the flat for you and it was off the market meaning that we couldn't rent it to other people."

This is NOT true! Unless it's the tenant who changes their mind, the landlord MUST return the reservation fee to potential tenants whom they have rejected.

I therefore decided not to pay the reservation because they were so dishonest since Day 1!

I have been living here for seven months
Nice, clean and safe place..☺️

The employees are affectionate and loving.
Among them is an employee named Jezza she is very affectionate and helpful.

I had a problem a manager *Hana* she herself came to my flat to check up on the problem.
They are really cooperative.

I have been living at the Well House for 6 months now. I will not be renewing after the end of my tenancy agreement.

Pros:
Good location, well maintained communal areas, spacious and comfortable flat.

Cons:
Very poor management and customer service and a constant struggle to get anything done.

- During our first month at the flat, we tried setting up Sky TV - Gave up after two Sky engineer visits and a couple of ignored emails to the residents team (The engineer said the fibre optic cable is faulty and needs to be looked at by the maintenance team - the residents team ignored our emails)

- We had heating issues - It took several emails and 3 weeks to get that resolved.

- We booked a cleaning service using the Well House Concierge app, they never showed up. Requests for a refund were ignored and we had to raise a dispute with our credit card provider to get the money back.

- We have been told that parking space has been reserved for us. Attempts to speak to someone so that we can have access to the car park are ignored. The bay "reserved" for us is continuously in use by another vehicle.
