Okay, you've probably heard of people that just can't seem to let common sense prevail for whatever reason. Maybe it's just not that common. Who knows. But what I do know is that this isn't an estate agency you want to deal with. Avoid them by any means necessary. They are terrible. So terrible it's frightening.
I was given a studio the size of a shoebox. And that's an understatement. The asking weekly price is the same as every other studio in the property. Which is fine until you realise that every other studio is double the size to which you have been given. As I signed the lease, I was told that there would be basic furniture provided. Implying bed, table, chair storage space I.E cupboards so that one could store their food and so on. I get to the place and it's empty. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. So calls are made to them regarding the agreement and what was meant to be provided. And that's when the games begin with these penny scroungers. 2 weeks to deliver a mattress with no bed/frame. So I bought my own. Then the smell of sewage coming from the toilet. I ask for that to be fixed but they suggest that I should just flush it and use bleach because the property was empty for quite some time. After a month of complaining they finally send someone to have a look to which he agrees that the pipes haven't been fitted properly. At this point, you can see how things are panning out. Not to mention the damp walls. Shower had no sliding glass doors to it so one couldn't have a shower without drenching the studio. I could keep on going about these good for nothings and name them individually. But it isn't worth it. So guys, if you have any sort of living standards that you believe is right for you then you should keep in mind these aren't the guys to deal with. They've got PHD's in lying. Deception is an art form that they have mastered. If I was able to up pictures.

Guess who lived with a 24/7 party above them due to this company and their flimsy background checks? Me.

Under no circumstances let your property to these agents. Angelo the 'manager' never responds to any emails or returns phone calls. I would give minus 5 stars.

Absolutely preposterous. They let us in with no access to gas and are forced to have ice cold showers for 3 consecutive days. Stay away!!

They wouldn't let me read what I was signing , knew of my income but charging me so much all my income would be gone within a week so I can't eat or pay for electric or anything. I'm too scared to move in because I can't afford it but I was so rushed into it by them I felt pressured to sign the forms. The piece of paper they took had all the info I needed for how much rent it is and the electric and water companies but, because I don't have it I don't know how to contact them and don't know what to do in an emergency. They clearly don't check their apartments either as all the furniture inside was damaged and filthy but, on top of that, all the smoke alarms and smoke detetctors were ripped out. Even though it's a no smoking rule when I came into the house it stank of smoke. Clearly they don't care about health and safety as they would have known if the smoke alarms were ripped out if they bothered to check the flat to begin with.
