Alto Apartments

I wish I could give negative ratings. I would not recommend any one buying or renting in ALTO or Belcanto apartments. The building and the flats are really good but its the building management company (#irstPort) is absolutely bonkers and residents have no freedom at all. I was just recently told to take off a string of lights I had put up in MY balcony to celebrate a festival. On checking with them I was told that the balconies are communal (like really!?) and quoted me some clause in some building manual (dictators manual). I feel like I will have to take their permission before enjoying any festival in my own house. Again trust me you are better off buying or renting a property somewhere else than in ALTO!

We have an apartment in Alto and the standard of build is fantastic, the interior can not be faulted as it is of a very high quality, if we ever have an issue or fault Tipi are at hand to resolve it. The best thing when renting with tipi you don't have to worry about bills etc and you have a fantastic wifi provider all included in your rent. It really is hassle free renting.

Mostly unaffordable properties for the average earner. Foreign buyers have bought most of the properties on offer and they are looking to build up a controlled rental market within London.

Traffic every time there’s a concert or a game. Apartments have continuous building site and road blocks. Expensive tax service charge and other payments

Perfect buildings and place to live. I only miss great park in walking distance.

Beautiful appartments and if you are lucky, can get a great view of the Wembley Arch. Looks stunning at night. Rooms were beautiful and provided everything you need.
