Really nice architectural design, very wide spacious corridor, Hughe size balcony, few minutes walking distance from river walk way, beautiful park near Royal Wharf concierge service. Swimming pool and Gym facilities. Parking is a really big time problem for residents. 24/7 security. Bit dusty area due still some incomplete apartment continuing their construction work. Over all its a nice area to live.
