Gateway Tower

It was the worst flat I have ever lived at, complete disaster. Very thin walls you can hear the music from neighbours like it was inside your flat. Too hot inside the flat, quite a few odd people around the building. Night concierge not once called a police when there was a fight or shouting/screaming outside. Never again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Only good thing about the building is the view & the access to other locations. Major problem with this building is, the rooms are always so hot, breakdowns with hot water is constant issue, the building management team hardly addresses any of the concerns raised.

The only good thing in this building is a view. Come at your own risk - No hot water often, walls are thin, separate hot water bill, internet breaks down to name a few.

Location is good. View is also good but it depends on the flat you get. Flat is always hot inside and sometimes it’s very uncomfortable. Hot water supply is not good. Building management is least bothered about problems.

The building heating and water supply had 11 breakdowns in 12 months.
The water mains has burst in the middle of winter, creating a waterfall out the 13th floor. Half the building was evacuated and there was no heating for weeks.

Regularly going days to WEEKS without any hot water. Insane considering how much it costs to live here. Extremely unhelpful management agency whenever problems happen.

Living here is pathetic, hot water supply gets disrupted every other day. And the problem is growing with time.
