For a 2 bedroom the person said that it would be 5.5k and bills are not included. The apartments are not worth this much and honestly when I came in the carpet was terribly dirty. I wouldn’t pay 5.5k for a mid 2 bedroom apartment. When we called the agent to negotiate a price he was so rude saying “if you don’t want to pay 5.5k we will find some dumb international student who will” anyways, if you want and very regular and mediocre apartment for an overly expensive price the bellerby apartment is for you.
