I loved it. One of the few complete remnants of the docklands system that served the Surrey Quays area for so many decades, most of which were filled in in the 1980's by British Land as part of the area redevelopment. It is unique though because it is primarily a residential area in stark contrast to Canary Wharf and other places. It's also a fantastic place to explore and walk around, great for kids and dogs as well, with plenty of places to rest, stores and pubs too. Highly recommended.

Very good views of the docks and the river with a backdrop of the Canary wharf skyscrapers. Concierge are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Surrey Quays shopping center and surrounded by walkable parks.

It's nice here, concierge etc, lovely at night.. Seems quiet. Hidden. Lots to explore.. woodlands.. The Thames and yet tesco and aldi also nearby

Monty the concierge is very rude and not helpful whatsoever. Terrible experience that made me feel unwanted in our own building.

I live next to it) Absolutely love it, so unic and majestic building looking over Thames and docks filled with boats and jahts. And I am from Baltic country Estonia, so here we go.
