Incredibly poor customer service and even worse flats. The bed was broken, most of the lightbulbs didn't work. They said parking was included and it wasn't. The list goes on. Just stay clear.

If you want to risk being stranded for the night with no solution, book this apartment!
I received the wrong address and location pin by the Flexi-Lets in their email. I was thus sent to the wrong place and locked outside in the cold at night with my elderly parents. The first person answering the phone was unpleasant, had no clue and couldn’t confirm the address or whether I would get help at all as the office was closes (this was at 21:00)
After waiting 15 minutes, the acclaimed manager called making the following two points, firstly I should be appreciative of her calling me after working hours, this point was stressed multiple times. Secondly, she could Not help me because it was after working hours and she wished me the best of luck finding an alternative solution myself for the night which I would have to pay for and sort out myself.
To sum up, I booked and paid for this apartment, but due to a mix-up from the company, I received the wrong address and I was stranded at 10 pm, in a foreign country in the cold with my elderly parents and nowhere to go and with no help whatsoever from Flexi-Lets although they had made the mistake.
This is the worst and most disgraceful customer service I have every received.

Absolutely appalling - they made a mistake with my booking, took no accountability, would not provide me with a parking space my car could fit into for PAID parking, the flats are disgusting, marks, dirt and grime over the walls, blown lightbulbs, stove, dishwasher and heaters in property do not work. The most immature, petulant customer service I have ever experienced. Grow up and learn how to manage a hospitality business.
