Letting team at Loughton office- Fantastic! Works efficiently, responds immediately, letting and paperwork completed quickly. When we wanted to end the fixed term contract early, they found a new tenant within 13 days to replace us despite limitations due to Covid. I’m really thankful and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Management and deposit refund team - THE WORST customer service I have ever received. I have never written a bad review over last five years of living in the UK. However, I’m really amazed by how much they neglected my emails without any response. I had to email them many times requesting them to explain the terms in the deed of surrender. I did not get any response until my new landlord asked them to give reference as they cannot give reference until I sign the deed of surrender - how can I sign a contract if they don’t clarify my questions. Chasing to get my deposit refund was a nightmare! I didn’t get any email or communication since the contract was terminated. I called the office 3 times, only to get the reply that my message will be passed to the responsible person. I sent countless emails to deposit refund team, management team and another staff who was dealing with my contract - none of them bothered to reply until I raised my voice saying I would file an official complaint if I didn’t get any reply. I almost thought there was no such team to refund my deposit. Only if anybody bothered to reply my email saying they were processing my refund or advised me the next step, I would know where we were and could be a bit more patient. I received my deposit refund 6 weeks after the contract terminated. However, the main thing that annoys me is the fact that that all my emails were neglected. Again, I had to contact many times to get a refund for my overpayment of rent- still waiting for response. I wonder if they have any plan to refund although they have confirmed in their emails that I’ll get my money back together with the deposit. I can’t believe they can neglect a customer that much. It has been really annoying.

Useless, can’t be bothered and rude. Viewers turned up unannounced and zero service. Outrageous charges added to end of tenancy as well. A pure embarrassment considering we left the flat immaculate and took pics as well. Avoid them at all cost as it will hurt you in the long run.

Unresponsive, indifferent and entitled. Customer service is atrocious. Extremely unprofessional. There are many other decent estate agents in Loughton. Avoid this one at all cost.

Peaceful and relaxing existence!

Both Anni's who works for Spencer Munson property. As a new tenant, I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication. From the moment I first contacted her, they have been responsive, friendly, and attentive.

Throughout the rental process, Anni was always available to answer any questions I had and provide me with any information I needed. She made sure that everything was in order before I moved in and their application portal for logging issues - Very impressive.
