Oct 2015 - One of the best Estate Agents I have encountered. Saw the sales manager recently who was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a lot of advice. He was very to the point and did not just try to sell me anything. Looking to build up my portfolio and will be seeking their advice again.

One of the most professional estate agents. I rented a flat through them recently- the whole experience was just like a breeze. The queries and issues resolution is absolutely professional and quick. I say these are estate agents with a 'heart' - 5/5.

Nice inside view

Very bad customer service 2 weeks been progress. They said it will take 48 hours. I called two times the lady said I will check it and than call you but nobody called. Finally I sent email cancel application. Still no answer but someone read the email because I have seen flat on market again.

Fully recommend. Professional service with attention to detail. Although I am a landlord, Northwood has taken the burden away from me. I totally recommend to all. 5 Stars.

Very difficult to get returned calls, if anything needs doing it takes a long time.
