The secured me the very best tenants in no time at all and at top market rents. It was a no brainer for me to get them to manage all my portfolio of lets which they continue to do fautlessly.

The staff at BrightFox couldn't have done more to help myself and my partner move into a lovely little property in Langton Green. We were really grateful for Vanessa going the extra mile to get everything sorted so that we could move in within a week due to a very short gap between exchange and completion. She took personal responsibility and made it happen! It was so refreshing to find a letting agency that treated us as clients rather than as tenants.

Rat Infestation- 5b Madeira Park
I used to rent the property above until I found out that rats infested the area below the kitchen units. Bright Fox Lettings were very quick to react although did not help the slightest re negotiating with the landlady and offered ZERO financial alleviation but made me pay anything and everything instead. All of this despite hygiene risks, the fact the property was uninhabitable, and that the infestation was due to poor standard of building works in the flat in the first place.
I had to evacuate in a few of days and the property management didn’t take any responsibility.

Good place for founding new home

We rented a property on the Knightswood development through Bright fox for a year. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Vanessa.
