Fine to begin with but ended up being the most unprofessional letting agents I have come across, as is evident from all the other reviews on here. Charged an extortionate fee for “light cleaning” once the property was vacated even though it was spotless with photos to prove this. Upon presentation of this photo evidence I received extremely rude and unprofessional emails basically calling me a liar, even though I had proof that the property was spotless, after which they ignored any further attempt from me to contact them. Also attempted to deduct an amount from the deposit return for a late rent payment which never occurred. This agency will do all they can to keep from returning 100% of your deposit. Choose a different letting agent.

Alison is a great agent, who is always willing to deal with the problems of the customers. Me and my partner have started our collaboration with her in 2019. She have been very supportive with us, as european citizens, in contrast with other letting agents and companies, who/which look to take advantages from internationals. Furthermore, Alison have always understood our financial circumstances, providing us lots of flexible ways through which we have never remain behind with our bills. Her help was especially appreciated by us, given the current Covid19 situation, which concerned us at its beginning, but, again, Alison have found ways for us to overcome these times.

Overall, I would recommend Alison from letcanterbury.com to each person, from UK or abroad, who seek to live in a nice home, surrounded by good neighbor, and a welcoming environment.

They work real quick if it means getting money out of you, but if it means returning your deposit or doing anything that doesnt involve Let Canterbury making money off of you, good luck with even getting a reply. I wouldn't rent a mansion from Let Canterbury even if the rent was £10 a month.

Alison was friendly and professional! She was informative and made us feel very at ease. Overall a very positive experience!

Avoid at all cost students. This is a dishonest business. Who will put you jeopardy as a students. Just avoid it. Maybe then they'll start learning to be honest and treat students fairly and accordingly.

Customer focused approach and have been so understanding and compassionate. Alison is a dream to work with and I could not recommend enough. I have dealt with some really nasty and sub par agencies before but this agency is anything but.

Have been with Let Canterbury for over a year now. I have to say that Simon and the team always go to great lengths to ensure that the tenancy runs smoothly in the face of any problems. I have read a lot of negative reviews that I believe sound more like misunderstanding on the part of the tenants as opposed to the agency itself.

It is worth noting that the rental market is EXTREMELY regulated and as such, agents have to abide by very strict guidelines on practise.

You can trust all of the team at Let Canterbury. They work both ethically and morally.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Seem fine until they get you into a property then become the most unprofessional and arrogant 'business' I have ever dealt with. Absolutely not worth the hassle. Use a real estate agent!
