2 apartments broke into twice in 1 year and no help from landlords to upgrade security at all

Management of this property is useless. Do not listen the concerns of tenants ar all.. The flats were equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings. Thats one of the reasons why we rented. But when things needed replacing (due to wear and tear, they used the cheapest and most unsuitable fixtures to replace, leaving behind horrible signs of bad workmanship for us to endure everyday.
