The flat is good. BUT, the staff are so unfriendly and unprofessional. Do not feel comfortable living here due to how horrible and judgemental staff were during my self-isolation period. Cleaners Bombarded the place and made complaints about the kitchen, which was unfair because i Had a very high fever and was vomiting and was literally in bed. I wouldve done all of this after I was feeling better, but to guilt trip a resident whilst theyre unwell... how on earth is someone meant to feel at home? stay away and rent a home nearby, not these guys. ive lived in many hospital accomodations in the last few years and ive never been treated with this awful demeanor in my life.

Very uncomfortable housing. All the items are very old. The sofa is broken,The bathtub is brim over,If something breaks, it cannot be repaired in time.

Cozy and warm welcoming flats, staff are polite, rooms are clean, nice furniture and especially liked the big desk. Shared kitchen with day room, plenty of space for all flatmates, laundry, bike storage.
WiFi (monthly rolling or yearly debit), can have land line, if needed.

Amazing living experience. Free WiFi, best house keeping services. Calm and quiet environment. Your card may not work some times so you have to stand outside your flat occasionally.

I was doing a single night shift and I was looking for a place to rest so I can drive home safely. I booked one night, but I was surprised with their policy of charging health care workers based on check in/out times which are not corresponding to our working hours. They indirectly force people to pay for 2 nights even if you're resting for few hours post night shift, Which sounds disappointing. They only care for profits even if it's from health care workers who cover night shifts. Even during my rest, one of the cleaners woke me up, just to check if I'm emptying the room or not. Very disgraceful.

Love it... The service is amazing. The only issue I have is the fact that one has to pay for laundry if you're renting a shared apartment.

Uncomfy bed with only hospital sheets provided. No sound proofing and loud tenants. Generally over priced.

The staff i spoke with on phone are great .The environment is homely and the room is comfortable . Progress living met my expectation.
