Ordered an element for my cooker on 4th March 21 and was given a delivery time between 9th-11th March. Having still not received the part I contacted them to be told they were out of stock and wouldn't be available until April. They took payment but didn't let me know of the delay until i contacted them meaning I now have no oven for even longer.

All the staff I dealt with gave an excellent service and were very courteous from start to finish. They went out of their way to help me find the correct product! I'll definitely do business with them again. Thank you!

I ordered parts by phone as I couldn't find the part online. The sales guy was very helpful. When collecting the item it's quite confusing. There are two doors both saying closed, but after a quick call to the sales team, someone opened the door and I received my part. The part was very reasonably priced.

I accidentally broke my lower oven door on 21 Dec 2022 and ordered a new door online at around 10pm the same day.

The new door was delivered around 2.15pm on 23 Dec 2022.

Without prompt service from CSP our Xmas goose wouldn't have got cooked.
