Wow, I am so sorry that a 1 star rating was given. I have absolutely no idea how that came about. I only found this today whilst looking for someone to repair my washing machine and this came up. I feel awful that the rating has impacted on your overall rating so have edited to show 5 stars. You are correct I have never used your service or had any dealing with your company so I wouldn't be right in giving a 1 star rating however, your response I felt was lovely and showed genuine concern for your customers which shows you care, so I feel justified in giving 5 stars. I cannot apologise enough for that error! I truly am sorry! I wish I could work out what happened???

The service from 1st Choice was fantastic and I can highly recommend them. The price paid for our Smeg range cooker was significantly cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Delivery was on time and the item arrived brand new, boxed and in great condition. Huw was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and communication was great. I would definitely buy from them again.

Phoned these guys yesterday in such a mess, I'm a single mum and had no fridge or freezer for three days and had so many other things going on, I just couldn't get down to the showroom. I told the lady what I needed and was very specific and fussy however was making a blind purchase. She didn't mind at all, she was patient and thorough and when my fridge freezer arrived on time today, I read the manual and the fridge freezer was a lot better than I was expecting! I am so happy with my purchase, in future I will only be going here.

I retract my earlier 1* rating. Some early miscommunications on both sides led to my initial rating. Owner was very concerned and took time to come to my house and assist with the oven.

It's a year since I wrote the previous review. I just bought a hob today. I broke it yesterday, today they came round to look and decided it was too expensive to fix, so they replaced it with a new one by lunchtime. I can't fault your kindness, service or efficiency. Absolutely top notch service and amazingly kind.

A bit disappointing this time, had previously had excellent service and so didn't even think of going anywhere else to get something done with minimum of fuss for disabled man. We've had a bit of a run around instead and not much acknowledgement that what we asked and paid for in terms of service has not been delivered and that it's causing us a lot of inconvenience and distress.

PS. They have now been in touch, things put right and some cash back. It shouldn't have happened, but we appreciate the gesture, thank you.

Phoned the store and spoke with Catherine who was very responsive who helped me order a part to be delivered by the next day….Catherine phoned me the next day…New Years Eve and confirmed the part was ready to be picked up…it was the correct part….superb service delivered by Catherine who was extremely professional….top notch service and will definitely be using again and would fully recommend…Superb service, thank you Catherine.
