Excellent job. Quick, no nonsense, and a lovely bloke called Rich had everything sorted in a jiffy. Barely even 15-20 minutes and our washing machine was good as new. Would recommend 👍

Rude cowboys. They have no idea what they are doing and they make last minute appointments which they don't keep.
It's been more than two months now that my washing machine leaks and they haven't fixed it yet.
The first time the engineer came around he only checked superficially and found 'nothing' wrong. The second time he found a cracked part. It took three weeks to order the part and he called last minute to make an appointment. We accommodated his request and he never appeared. I called back and they admitted that the engineer didn't come the arranged appointment time 9-1pm but they were very rude and they demanded that we stay in all day to wait for the engineer no matter the time of the appointment. I asked for another appointment and an email to be sent confirming the date and time of the appointment and Aardvark told me that I had an "attitude" and hung up the phone. Don't waste your money to them. They have no idea what they are doing.

Brought a Fridge/Freezer at 10am and was delivered by 3pm the same day.
Emily in Thornhill branch sorted it all out for us! Very good and efficient service!

So disappointed. My tumble dryer was flashing red lights and not heating up. A chap from here came to check on it. He took the top and the back apart and said all looks good. I went to clean the filter and while I was gone he said he removed a cover and that the dryer has a better flow now and it's all good and it's nice and hot in there. Stupid of me not to check if it was actually producing heath I just trusted him because he is the one knowing the job. This morning the tumble dryer does not have any hot air while working. I paid £49.50 and still the tumble dryer is not working.
If you have them do a job make sure you check the dryer is actually heating don't take their word as true.

Brought a Candy washing machine from here 5months ago, the drum dropped and made an awful noise went up to the shop to sort the issue, the staff were amazing, so helpful and dealt with the problem promptly. 😀

Contacted Aardvark Appliances as my washer dryer broke the week before xmas! They were absolutely fantastic from my initial telephone enquiries, advising me on products, through to next day delivery and installment of my new appliance. The guys that delivered were friendly and professional, dismantling the old appliance and fitting the new one. My first time using this company but I would 100% recommend and will definitely go to them in future. 😀

My Mum was SO impressed with the service of Aardvark Appliances. I ordered her a new washing machine over the phone as I don't live near her and her old machine was taken away and the new one installed the next day! The staff were polite and helpful and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for a quick and efficient service.

We needed a new dishwasher and we're unable to get one delivered and installed. Aardvark were brilliant. The knowledge of the sales staff and the friendly fitters made the whole process easy. It was fitted within a couple of days and they even adjusted the washing machine which had moved out of line. Highly recommended. Going back today for a tumble dryer!
