We first spoke to them on the Saturday morning and the new washing machine was installed and ready to use by 9.00am on Monday morning. We've upgraded to a 10kg Candy machine and have been flying through our laundry since. The customer service was excellent - honest advice, a personal approach and extremely efficient. My washing machine stopped working suddenly and I contacted Newfields about a reconditioned machine. There was one in stock which suited my needs and could be fitted the next day.

Our daughters washing machine packed up and we are 200 miles away. I contacted Newfields and they were brilliant. They had new machines due in on the Monday. Lunchtime on the Monday they called me. The machine could have been delivered that afternoon but it wasn't needed until Thursday. They did not take any payment from until the machine had arrived with them. They delivered, installed it and removed the old machine, all within the price. Then sent me a copy of the receipt. Couldn't have been more helpful.
