Very good service and helpful staff

I had a problem with a cooker and contacted ecosmart for help, I spoke to Karl who was very helpful and responsive to my messages.
He came the next day and fixed the cooker at a very reasonable price would recommend to anyone 5* service.

Absolute gentleman, got some lovely stock in, had various white goods from this business and all as good as new.

Initially a great service. Well priced, prompt and good communication.

Unfortunately the fridge freezer failed and was taken away for repair with a likely time frame of several days for the fix.

Now over month later we still have no appliance, no refund and the company is not responding to our communication.

Great appliances but the Warrenty is a con.
Pay in cash and risk loosing it all.

If you like to gamble, use Eco Smart!
