After our Washing machine sprung a leak we called an engineer (from a different company) who 'tightened a pipe' Only to spring a leak again, so we were put in touch with Autowash. After an inspection of our washing machine, followed by a new drum and tweek here or there our washing machine is back to working order, as if it was new 👍 Great service, reliable and friendly staff (on the phone and in person) Thank you very much for the great customer services. Very highly recommended business.

Second time of using Autowash and again engineer Andy (Gas) was on time, courteous, pleasant and most of all efficient, gave good advise and info, a pleasure to deal with the company and its workers. Would recommend them.

Excellent service! Phoned on a Monday and someone was out on the Tuesday and was able to fix my cooker the same day luckily. We had an excellent experience using Autowash. The cooker stopped working correctly and the gas would not stay on. Autowash came out a looked at the problem, ordered the parts and have now completed the repair.

Disappointed, that quote for work was considerably lower than final bill. Original quote did not include labour charge. Also the company was unable to give any appointment timings in advance. Have to wait in the day for an engineer to call. Our church is not like a house, there is not always someone on site.So this was a problem for us. The Engineer did call and was polite and quick.

They were unable to repair our broken microwave combination built in oven because 'the parts required are no longer available'. And they were unable to offer us a replacement new microwave oven because 'they don't do them'. We have paid £54 and got nowhere. No doubt none of this is their fault and they did their best - but they did make a point of asking me to review them, and it has not been a positive experience.

Autowash in Sittingbourne are disgusting. Didn't call to let me know they were coming, told them they need to as have to do the school run, which is in the next road. Was gone from the house just over 3 minutes in total. Come walking down my road and see the engineer in his van, frantically waving him he acknowledges me and just keeps on going. Instead he calls his office and claims there is no answer. I call their office immediately and tell them I'm looking at their engineer as we speak, to be told that it's tough you have missed them and have to re-book. Oh and just to add insult to injury, they are charging me for the call out.
