Euronics Croydon

I wish more of our shops had such a helpful, knowledgeable and altruistic staff as the A1 Euronics in W.Croydon has.
I needed battery to be replaced on my handheld Dyson. Three repair-shops turned me down, though it was the easiest job for men to do, bearing in mind they had all the tools for it, which I didn't. After long travelling from one shop to another and another, I was advised to try the "A1 Spare-parts Euronics" in W.Croydon.
By the time I've reached that shop, I was absolutely exhausted... it is very tiring without a car...and in a bad weather... And what a friendly welcome I was given at the A1 Euronics..! They didn't make any song and dance about replacing the battery for my Dyson. It was done by woman sales assistant in a couple of minutes .... with no charge.**
Luckily, I had box of chocolates with me (Xmas present for one of my friends). I felt it was just right to give it as a thank-you gift to this absolutely altruistic woman.
If she reads my review - thank you so much again.

Great shop Had my item I required which was very hard to fine from other stores one call to the shop and received great service

Very helpful staff, my purchase was delivered and installed on time by a great team, very polite and knowledgeable. They took old washing machine away free of charge. Also shop had it's own parking forecourt an added bonus in Croydon, a big thumbs up will definitely use them again.

John is always always very helpful and has a great memory of customer issues. He offered an equivalent part when the original was unavailable. Great service, I use them all the time when required. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Thanks.

Alan and my self have Purchased many items from here shop staff are excellent delivery and staff excellent polite very obliging they are now based in bromley and they are still excellent or A1 !!
