The KBB Centre

KBB designed and fitted a replacement kitchen and utility for us in December 2020. There were lots of styles to chose from, and we went for a fairly timeless option, (Oak/Shaker), from the Masterclass range. The quality of the new kitchen is superb, the advice we got from the experienced KBB team was always spot on, and the craftsmanship installing the kitchen and changing the plumbing, wiring etc. was truly excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the process. We are delighted with the new kitchen and utility room which both significantly exceeded expectations, and we are extremely satisfied customers. We can't recommend KBB highly enough. They also did a really great job remodelling a bathroom at the same time. Very many thanks indeed to all the KBB team.

KBB were recommended to us and they have been excellent from start to finish. We have been delighted with the service. From the outset Matthew Nicholson, who designed our kitchen and managed the project, showed knowledge and attention to detail which inspired confidence. Communication throughout was really good, with emails answered quickly and commitments being met. Everything happened when we were told it would. The fitters, Tommy and Nathan were equally brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and their work was first class. Most important, our Masterclass kitchen is just fantastic. Buying a kitchen is a very expensive business which carries a lot of stress and worry. You can only hope that the end product will excite you and justify the outlay. Ours absolutely does and I cannot recommend KBB too highly.

Matthew is an excellent designer and project manager for kitchen refurbishment. We have a very disabled child and the team were able to manage sensitively around our needs by long range planning. We were kept informed of developments with electrical goods due to global supply issues. Tommy and Nathan did an excellent job of fitting our crown units and this work was planned seamlessly with various trades teams to plaster, paint and refit plumbing and electrics. The money spent on project management and design was well worth it as we would never have managed to coordinate such a big job around our complex family needs. We are very happy with our kitchen and the service provided.

From the moment we booked an appointment at the show room with Matthew to the time the project was complete and ran by Patrick, the service across the board was excellent and flawless. I could not recommend KBB enough. We are so pleased that everyone who worked within our property from the kitchen fitters, electrician, plumbers, plasterers, floor fitters and the chaps that fitted the worktops could not do enough to ensure all works where completed to an outstanding standard. We were kept informed from start to finish on who was going to be in attendance and when . Highly recommended and we will be using them again for other works. What can I say, professionalism all the way. From the time we visited the showroom and met Hina who helped design our new bathroom to Derek the fitter who was no less than a perfectionist. Regular visits to make sure everything was going well and one final visit to make absolutely sure we were happy with the finished product, which we most certainly are. Would recommend to anyone. Not sure where to start on this saga. We firstly went into KBBs showroom and were wowed by their kitchens(they are nice).That unfortunately is where the positives ended. Then began the circus of installation and administrative issues. On the first day of installation a hammer was dropped on our newly tiled floor. Accidents happen we accept that but no one at the office seemed that bothered. As the installation went on multiple errors were uncovered. No handles ordered, the wrong units ordered, wrong measurements taken, not enough kickers order, hamper which was promised to us we were then told was not for every customer. 4 months on we still have a corner unit which the shelf calapses when take anything out. Our larder cupboard doors don't align and one of cupboards was hand painted with a nail brush. This was our once in a lifetime dream kitchen and the whole experience has traumatised. We felt bad having to keep chasing them but they don't get back you..

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We have been guided and advised along the way by various members of the KBB team. We had looked extensively for a kitchen provider before discovering KBB. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying in their motor home during installation.

Our first interaction with the KBB team was with Mathew whom we met at the showroom as soon as lockdown allowed us to. They had everything in place to make you feel safe during your visit. Appointments were provided and it was never an issue keeping socially distanced.

From our first meeting it was obvious that Mathew understood our project. He made suggestions to improve the scheme and we soon arrived at a design which we were super happy with.

A site visit was arranged and the measurements supplied by my builder were all confirmed. Nothing was left to chance and every detail was accurately confirmed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our kitchen has now been installed and I can honestly say, we are so happy with it. The price was competitive, and the installation first class.

From start to finish, we have received the best advice and first class customer service from a team of people who are always willing to go that bit further than anyone else to ensure the project is outstanding. So thank you to all the KBB team at Ipswich.

KBB were brilliant from start to finish. Having visited the showroom and gone through the design process it was really nice to not be put under any pressure and work with a professional designer who was really focussed on what we wanted. The kitchen was ordered and we were able to set a date for installation early so could plan accordingly. The fitter (Karl) was fantastic and his attention to detail and really helpful approach meant small issues which cropped up were dealt with quickly and without any issues. The kitchen itself is real quality and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again
