Great Experience! Used the service twice now for a fridge and then a washing machine. I had previously used online services and was unsure if a local supplier could match the prices and delivery offered. I needn't have worried. The prices equalled those on line and in some instances were cheaper and the same day/next day service is excellent especially if your appliance has broken like mine did. They also took the old items away with no mess or fuss. We will be having a new kitchen in the next few years so won't hesitate to use them for integrated appliances and a new range, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Both my washing machine and tumble drier broke and a colleague recommended I try Butlers. I was so impressed with the service I received. A fantastic repair service, turned up when they said they would. Polite and courteous and kept me fully informed of when parts would arrive and when the work would be completed. The final cost was very reasonable and much less than I expected. I don’t often write reviews but would highly recommend this company. Thank you Butlers for making it a quick and stress free experience.

My new fridge arrived today and I have to say that the delivery service was AMAZING. The guys were smartly dressed, very polite and helpful beyond all expectations. They unpacked the fridge and took away every bit of rubbish, including our old fridge and put the fridge in the exact position that we wanted it. It's worth buying from Butler's just for the delivery experience. Well done guys.

Very friendly and helpful. Didn't have what I wanted but they can order any make or model I want and it was worth the visit just to talk through the pros and cons of different brands.. The modern decor and uniforms add to the experience of visiting the store and give the shop a very professional image.

Brilliant company to deal with. Great advice so that I got the right appliance. Everyone was clearly very knowledge and friendly. Given that I hate shopping the whole experience was made stress free. It was a nice surprise to learn it was cheaper than anywhere I’d seen. All in all why would bother looking elsewhere ?
