Very disappointed to find that there is a charge of £5.00 to have the packaging taken away after buying a fridge freezer and not being told of this before delivery. £20 for delivery and £20 to take the old fridge, same ticket price as John Lewis but you pay £45 extra! A poor response over the phone when asked why the packaging wasn't taken away. . Such a shame as initial customer service was excellent. We wanted to shop local but have learnt our lesson
