We bought a dishwasher from A.F Thomas Ltd in Abergavenny. Good price and product, great service in the shop. We had it fitted by their staff as well and they couldn't have been better. Really pleasant and efficient. Would highly recommend A.F Thomas Ltd.

I share the views of the previous reviewers. I always go to AF Thomas for personal, friendly and reliable service. I have just bought a new TV and had it set up with my other devices. I was given a thorough and clear briefing on my new set-up. Prices through Euronics are very competitive. Why would I go elsewhere?

Have been shopping with A F Thomas Abergavenny for many years - great communication, price matching and service. Love that the delivery and fitting comes on time as arranged. Plus I always prefer to support local shops!

Ordered a Blomburg gas cooker on Monday 16th delivered as promised on the morning of the 19th and fitter also arrived as promised all up and running by lunchtime. Linda at the Abergavenny shop served me, brilliant service, whenever I use A F Thomas the service is excellent, and what a treat to have staff who are interested and polite to their customers .

Lived in Abergavenny for 15 years & bought quite a few white goods from this shop (including Freezer, washing machine & cooker I delivered to my Daughter in Southern Ireland as they were massively cheaper here than there). The prices are competitive with other online retailers & the service is excellent. Just bought another Bosch washing machine (our second) from them & the Manager managed to get it delivered earlier than the (Covid delayed) expected date. Full marks.

I needed to replace quite a few light bulbs.called in here and though the required bulbs were very slightly more expensive than supermarket ones the quality of the advice and the bulbs couldn't be faulted. I have previously shopped here and everyone has always been very helpful. Prices very competitive and after sales service is 2nd to none. That's the joy of buying Local.

In stock and perfect fit. Telephoned this morning and informed the Hotpoint oven element I needed was in stock. Picked up and fitted. Oven fixed. Great service. Well recommended. Mike T

We purchased a larder fridge off Amazon .....twice and AOL once and all were delivered damaged to the extent that there was more damage than fridge. So we decided to enquire locally. Linda was brilliant and after 4 months of online shopping we are now the proud owners of a brand new Larder Fridge. We were so happy that we moved the sofa and armchair into the kitchen to watch the fridge for the evening . We will be visiting A F Thomas again. Thanx Linda and co.
