Great staff, with a good mix of experience across tropical (large and nano), reef and pond, ready to greet you with enthusiasm every time. Fish selection includes both the common pickups as well some rare fish not seen elsewhere ( keeps you coming back ;) shout-out to Sean(spelling?) for helping me with my first time fish selection across many a visit, legend !

A very convenient alternative to my usual Aquatic shop as I visit the Ashtead Area daily.I find these types of shops quite hard to find as I have Aquatic Frogs and need specialised food and plants. Only came across it about a week ago but will certainly revisit. The shop wasn't busy when I was there and the staff seem friendly enough, it certainly appears to have everything you would need.

Great service. Took my dead pump in, expecting 'leave it with us' or more likely 'it's dead, £250 for a new one', and was delighted when Adam stripped it down while I waited, tested it, pronounced that it was indeed dead, but confirmed it was still covered under a 3 year warranty. New pump now up & running.

Very friendly staff, helpful and attentive, shop have a lot o different kinds of fish.

Definitely know there stuff, very knowledgeable about marine, tropical and cold water species, will advise about stocking and filtration.
