Wasn’t too impressed - dead fish in the tank that looked like it had been there a while. Place looks run down and depressing and the staff were plain rude 😬 Better places around, not worth the visit

Helpful Staff on this occasion, low stock of corals and fish. The only criticism is they should take order requests from buyers. I have phoned bunch of times and been fobbed off with no deliveries or can't order that for you. I have resulted in buying corals online more variety same cost and delivery to door. I only went as to buy new fish marine which had some stock. Radian Wrasse

My favorite aquatic pet store. Super polite and helpful staff. With help of Mr Elliot I was able to start my very first marine fish tank. He gave me lots of details of how to start a marine fish tank, how to maintain it, what fish and how many of them may fit my tank volume. I was also offered the salt water to start the cycle in the tank. Additionally to that I have 3 fresh water fish tanks and I bought guppies, ottos (dwarf catfish) and neons from this store - all live their healthy and long live.
I also have to mention the plants for fish tanks - good quality and very healthy.
Highly recommend!

They are so helpful and informative i would highly recommend Maidenhead Aquatics in Osterly garden center to anyone. I have bought all my guppies from them including my pleco.
