Wonderful range of beautiful fish and equipment. The staff are kind and courteous as well as extremely knowledgeable. My two daughters love going along to feed the koi in the large pond outside by the cafe (£1 for a large pot of food) and looking at the wide range of fish and aquatic creatures inside and out.

Genuinely had a great time just getting some little plants for our mini pond! As an absolute pond novice, the team took time to explain the different plants, how to care for them and even to recommend certain ones for what I was looking for. Affordable and certainly now the only place I would go to

really disappointing experience at this branch which is the complete opposite of my local Weybridge branch. Sales rep made me feel really awkward after asking to swap one of my purchased Items after specifically requesting something he did not deliver on. He then spun me some tail how they can look different in the bag but really he was being lazy and didn't want to help because guess what they look exactly the same in the tank as they did in the bag. Didn't swap it and now regret it. just feel cheated and a little annoyed. :(

Quite nice shop very quiet and a good selection of aquatic goods. Would recommend.

I've been visiting this shop on and off for at least 13 years now, and really like it. It has always been well stocked and with professional and knowledgeable staff always keen to help. Unlike the East Horsley branch this shop is clean and presentable with very well maintained, healthy tanks and wide variety of fresh water and marine fish. I like the idea of assorted tanks with all young, newborn and less fortunate fish. It shows that all life is accepted, appreciated and all fish have a chance to find a good home. I encourage you to visit the shop on your next convenience, even if you're not interested in buying any fish, but just admire the variety of colours and underwater life. Perhaps your new hobby will be born right there... Five well deserved stars from me. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant!! All the fish and coral look amazing. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable you can tell they really care about everything fish related.
