We were looking for inspiration for a large kitchen diner renovation and we are very happy with the outcome. Carl provided a number of design options of how we could utilise existing space and/or extend out even further all supported with 3D walkthroughs which brought the different designs to life. The whole process was easy, Carl and his team were accommodating, have no complaints and would highly recommend. Great job, it has given us what we needed and more, we now move onto the construction phase.

We were looking for an architect to help us improve the layout of our home, potentially extending across the rear. We were attracted to Carl's pragmatic and transparent approach, which really suited us. Carl and team have been very helpful throughout and we are very happy with the result.

We chose Carl because he had lots of experience renovating similar houses within the local area. He was extremely helpful and came up with lots of good ideas of how best to maximise the space available. He was also able to advise some good local builders one of which we ended up using to carry out the works.
We had contact throughout the whole process which was very reassuring for us.

Carl listened to my requirements for re-configuring the ground floor of my detached house to use space more effectively, create a lighter environment and add an extension to allow the garden to visually become part of that extension.
Carl produced 5 different drawing design options and a design specification. The selected design option was brilliant because it was the simplest and also the most radical; and which I would not have thought of. Carl led the tender process and advised on the builders to whom the tenders were sent. He inspected the building works at various critical points, and on completion, which was re-assuring because this was the first time I had project managed significant building works.
Carl was very professional, transparent and friendly throughout the process. I was delighted with the outcome. I would highly recommend him.

Carl is a great architect, he really listened to our likes and ideas and made really beneficial suggestions and solutions and created many design iterations until we finalised teh drawings. He has been incredibly supportive throughout, attending site meetings with our planner and builders too. Completes work in good time and send helpful talk though videos as well. He also created a virtual reality view of our design, which was brilliant and showed us exactly what we can expect to experience once built. Highly recommended.

Carl and his team were extremely helpful in our planning application. We had many outside influences [read planning department] that made our application difficult and time consuming.

Carl went above and beyond in our opinion, helping us with each issue we encountered. In an ideal world the application would have been much smoother but it was outside ours and Carl's control.

We finally have planning permission after well over a year of waiting, a very frustrating time for us and Carl. We have no issue in Carl and his team's ability and would use them again. Our hopes are that planning applications become easier in time!
