I have no doubt my planning permission would have been refused if it wasn't for Sue and Puffin design services. Her professionalism and knowledge are highly recommended, and her buildings drawings enabled us to get a complete price from builders prior to start of work, meaning a lot less hassle, kept costs down and stoppped any grey areas throughout the build. Puffin offer great value and this was money truly well spent
