The guys at Cadoo Studios were fantastic to work with during my project, from quotation and briefing all the way through to after the work had been completed.

The team were very professional, proactive and creative as well as importantly friendly and caring. These attributes were really important to me as I had little experience undertaking a project of the size and nature I did, particularly across the aesthetic and structural engineering aspects.

We had regular dialogue and they would always return my calls soon as possible after getting in touch with them, which put me at ease, especially during the more complicated stages as well as when we needed to make quite significant changes.

In short, I would recommend them for any restructuring and architect based work that you may have.

Cadoo was bought into my project at a difficult time, there being many complications with the initial contractor I'd employed, who I'd fired. Halil and his colleagues grappled with the situation, and arranged securing of fresh planning approvals, tendering of the project to contractors, documentation of the contract, followed by project managing the build through to Council sign off. The project was not simple, and Cadoo did a great job for me in all facets of the roles they were asked to undertake - so I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Cadoo Studios. I needed an architect to draw up some plans for a house extension and engaged the service of Cadoo Studios.

Idrees was excellent in understanding what was required and brilliant at turning a vision into reality from drawing up the architectural plans, the submissions to the planning department and being in constant contact throughout the process, even undertaking periodic visits during the construction.

The team even went above and beyond in assisting us with finding a building control agent to oversee the construction, which was most helpful as this was an area of which I had little knowledge.

Also of note is that the team assisted with the preparation of a JCT Minor Works contract and this proved to be invaluable when it came to addressing some disagreements with the contractor that was undertaking the building works.

I can highly recommend Cadoo Studios and look forward to working with them again in the future.
