We'd started work with another architect but couldn't get a design we liked for our garage conversion. We then contacted Paul and haven't looked back. He explained each part of the process and also outlined upfront when he'd bill us and what he'd deliver at each point. I can't fault Paul's service, he provided everything he said he would on time and to a high standard. The design we jointly arrived at is exactly what we wanted. As well as planning, Paul also supported us through the building control process. My biggest plus is that he's actually contactable when you need him: we made very good use of WhatsApp as a way to stay in touch throughout. I'd highly recommend Paul and will certainly use him again myself!
