Great company designed a block of 25 flats for us and got it passed 1st time round. I have used this company on several projects and they always produce amazing results. Wouldn't fault them in any way. Nice guys that do a great job hassle free.

The team at DSA are great to deal with and have helped me and family on a number of projects.

They offer clear advise and get quick results with a number of local authorities across the midlands, as well as doing great design work.

Kesh and his team were incredible in helping me put my dream house ideas into reality...I was so impressed with their clever design and their suggestions regarding space planning to make the best of our extension - things that I hadn’t even thought of and talking me out of ideas that were not cost effective and would not overall create the look I wanted - in hindsight I’m so glad you were straightforward with your advice. I wish I had gone with Kesh and his team for the building regs and site supervision package - at the time I was trying to reduce costs but in the long run it has cost me more in resolving issues as they arise, whereas Kesh and his team would of front end guided me through this without having to make on the spot more costly decisions - my biggest regret so far with my build is not sticking with Kesh and not going for the full package - Kesh has still been kind enough to provide ad hoc advice where desperately required. Thanks Kesh and team you have been fab!!!

Nice and friendly people to deal with ,understood our requirement ,plans were drawn quickly and efficiently exactly how we wanted .Highly recommend

This company is affiliated/run by the owners of Premier Development in Leicester which scammed families, suppliers and many more out of millions. If you’re a company I would be wary of taking on work directly through them, as the company may be a different name but the directors remain the same.

I would give no stars if i could but i cant.
What a service.
They are also linked to Premier Developments whom went bust. They promised me a tender to get the lowest price and they ended up using Premier Developments whom we eventually found out were directly related to Design Studio. This is wrong and must be a conflict of interest as how can they be independent if your brother or cousin owns the building company. They took £10K from me and then went bust 2 weeks later.
They never added value to our designs just did the minimum to get it into planning and get paid, they would have known that Premier developments was going bust and encouraged us to sign up so we would get our build slot as they reassured me that Premier were really busy and the deposit would secure our build date.
I am looking now into taking this forward with the ARB and RIBA, i wish i had paid a little more and gone to the original architect that quoted me. Its worth paying a little more but not with Design Studio. What a total con.
Stay away unless you what to help put more money into these con artist.

Ive also come to know that you did this is a local community as well, taking hard collected charity money and along with Premier not completing works and not doing as per your agreement allowing them to collect money without checking the works. Shame on you

From start to end our experience with DSA has been brilliant. With delays on planning permission due to Covid they kept us well informed and always went above and beyond to ensure we would be happy with our end product. Where other companies may have just passed stages to complete the work DSA questioned each stage to ensure our vision became a reality. I would highly recommend going with DSA.
