Working with Stephen and his team on the plans for our renovation has been an absolute pleasure. I am not often pleasantly surprised but Stephen surpassed my expectations. He was so friendly and and pleasant to deal with, turned up exactly when expected, communicated clearly and just ‘got’ what we wanted. Plans were delivered on schedule and he kept us up to date throughout the whole planning process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I have to say dealing with Stephen personally was a delight. Very warm and knowledgable. His company were extremely professional and thorough. The attention to detail was superb and it was all completed in a very timely manner, keeping us up to date with the process every step of the way . I cannot recommend Stephen Franks and Toms enough for what they did for us. They went above above and beyond and I will always be thankful.
