Ordered a field spike 2 weeks ago. The website showed they were in stock. After waiting for 12 days I called to find out what had happened to my order to be told they were awaiting stock. No contact from them until I called. Terrible customer service. If you can buy a item you want from somewhere else I would advise it even if you have to pay a bit more money

Had queries about sizing. David emailed back promptly and helped sort the issue. Can't reccomend the company enough, amazing customer service.

AVOID, ordered some boots over 3 months ago and was told they would be sent out when they have ordered them in, I wanted a refund but I could not get a response, I then sent an email saying I’m guessing il have to wait then, and got a response straight away, had to keep chasing them up week after week and they said they would defiantly be throwing a free gift in when they send them out, to then receive said boots and nothing else, emailed them about what this free gift mite be for them to go back on what they said to which was no fault of ours! Anything for a sale and no refunds will be issued avoid!!

Theres no doubting the quality of half the stuff....its surplus after all.....what do you expect? The other half is well made, good quality gear, brand new. My problem which puts me off going in.... And why i avoid at all costs if possible...... is a staff member who's tactics i'll now describe ....and who can be VERY VERY pushy for a sale.

You'll find that Whilst dealing with one customer already..... you'll find you can be constantly badgered by the same staff member reminding you "if you need any help", and who refuses to leave you alone to browse in peace.

Constantly pushing you into trying something ON.....telling you where the changing room is.....whilst your backs to him......then.... (once ur engaged in small talk) leading you to something similar.....then looking for your size in it......then leading you to another colour......in something similar......trying to get you to try it on......or.... we have these in a different style......or how about these which came in last week......or these ones are really popular......or telling you which ones sell out quickly.

YOU ONLY went in to browse....to get ideas.....to weigh up options. You didn't NEED.....nor did you ASK for assistance...BUT.....HERE IT IS, wanted or not. Very very intrusive, pushy......and unwanted attention. The second you walk in.....he has a "fix, and got a lock on".

Even if you say no thank you, you're just browsing..... he'll continue to engage with you......starting with small talk, asking you what you're looking for......then chip away at your resistance until you buy.....or leave.

Whatever you're looking at on the shelf.....touching.....holding up.....rifling through......moving towards.......or examining........you'll find this gentleman will be at your shoulder offering you options, sizes, delivery, colours, makes, styles and brands..... on whatever catches your eye for a split second.

THEN.....someone else walks in.....and the cycle starts all over again on someone new......and at THIS point....you take your opportunity to run for the exit. It happens everytime i go in.

Very pushy.

Having today received the clock I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the product, completely as described and a very authentic period item.
