First time visit to this brilliant shop to get some boots for my son who is joining the CCF. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. Will no doubt be visiting again to get more bits and pieces. Thank you for the excellent service!

The staff in Ranger could not have been more helpful and informative. Customer service was topnotch. The store is full of amazing treasures and is very much an Aladdin's cave of all camouflage and outdoor items. They also offer a discount on purchases for DofE as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Ranger and my kids and I will be visiting again soon.

I visited today and it was amazing, the staff were friendly, they constantly asked if I needed help, and the cashier was great. It is a little bit on the small side but considering that, they helped with everything I needed. Would certainly go again for all my camping needs

While traveling through the UK I urgently needed a good sleeping bag. I feel like I must have called all the surplus shops in london, with only Ranger having staff that seemed to know their stuff. The store was also well organised and the prices were comparable to online shops. I wish there was shops like this back home.

I went today to buy my son’s boots as he has joined the Cadets. Was the easiest purchase ever. Well fitted boots that didn’t break the bank. Thank you so much to the lovely Ranger staff. I have a feeling we’ll be back.

I haven't been been in the Ranger shop since they first opened in the late 80s, but I was after a new Co2 pistol and saw they had the one I wanted, so had a quick look while I was in Surbiton. Even after all these years, the shop looked very familiar, and just as I remember, there was a massive stock of outdoor gear at reasonable prices. I purchased the Gamo PT-85 that I was interested in, together with a couple of spare mags, and left the shop very happy. Recommended.
