The Gardens Gallery

What a great little gallery with different exhibitions every week. I bought my all time favourite painting, by Rupert Aker, there recently.

Nice gallery in middle of the park, exhibitions rotate regularly. Cafe right outside. No parking, but good to look around while strolling in the park.

This is a great use of this old building - i often pop in, if they are open, while walking through the park and have bought a couple of paintings. They have a great mix and turnover of artists and something for most budgets. Art doesn't have to be expensive. This is a great addition to the local art scene and may present an opportunity to buy an artist on the way up..

Great gallery. Many different exhibitions during the year. Relaxed and friendly.

Excellent place to choose and peruse local artists work, at a leisurely pace, and in such beautiful surroundings with the park and cafe nearby.
