I went to this shop earlier today to get some replacement glass for a frame, and the service I received was absolutely fantastic. The chap was very friendly, cut me a new glass pane straight away, and gave me a very fair price. Also, my frame had some marks on it and without me even asking, he showed me the best way to get them off. He went the extra mile so thought I should share my experience on here!

Me and my boyfriend are extremely happy with the service and with the result of the job.
I came here to frame four paintings (done by myself, the best I have ever done, so you can understand I was very jealous and protective of them!).

I came into the shop thinking of knowing how I would have liked the frames to be and I was so wrong but not so willing to admit it.
They made me change my mind and I am amazed by the result!

Fantastic job and I can't wait to bring some more pictures to be framed now!

I had an old map framed and the glass replaced in a series of pictures which had been damaged in transit sometime ago. The staff at Bridge Gallery are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The work they did for me was excellent, completed in good time and at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently purchased a frame for an odd sized, signed poster. I was satisfied with the service as they helped me choose a frame and a border, as well as explain to me how to look after the poster. The staff were also friendly.

Made to feel very unwelcome and what I asking was stupid. I recommend art effects over this place, which has a very friendly owner happy to help and listen to whatever you desire.

Somewhat conflicted writing this as have used this company numerous times and recommended them to friends over the last 15 years as have always been very pleased with their work and customer service.

My wife stopped by the other day and unfortunately had almost exactly the same experience as the other 1 star contributor regarding picture mounts. It was made clear to her that it was way too much trouble for the proprietor to consider and so she left the shop feeling somewhat embarrassed to have been made to feel so unwelcome. However we followed the other contributor’s advice, called ‘Art Effect’ who were extremely helpful and even offered to try to do it before Xmas if needed.

All is all a disappointing and unnecessary experience when we were attempting to support a local business.

Really good service mounting our pictures with a helping hand to show us the different options so we could select what was right for us and the picture. The extra tip on how to hang the picture on the wall afterwards was much appreciated!
