Lilford Gallery

On this way, I would like to say thank you very much for your excellent service again. For all readers of this review I would like to explain the background.

I spent two wonderful weeks in Canterbury and surroundings. I discovered the Lilford Gallery in Canterbury. This excellent and unique gallery displays a variety of select art of contemporary art.

I was immediately fascinated by the art of artist Jonathan Stewardson. I saw all his beautiful paintings on his homepage and I decided to buy the painting 'OPPOSITE THE BRITISH MUSEUM'.

I contacted the director of the Gallery David Lilford and a few days later, the beautiful painting arrived safely Germany. Next year I'm going to go to Canterbury and certainly I visit the gallery again. Please visit the Lilford Gallery too!

Very knowledgeable owner and spent time with us walking round telling us about the artist. Always nice to meet someone passionate about their work.

Great little gallery. Wonderful collection of diverse work from various artists. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Walked past this lovely little gallery yesterday and wondered around to find out more about its collections. The manager gave us an extensive overview on some the artists they had on display, including some exciting contemporary emerging locals and street artists. You can see this place is run with care by very passionate people. We'll definitely go back and recommend to friends visiting Canterbury. It was the highlight of the day!

Lovely art gallery in the centre of Canterbury, we went for the street artist, Cat man exhibition , which was great . The lady in charge of the gallery was excellent, very knowledgeable on the displayed artists .

Interesting selection of art from various artists and different styles. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
