Rebecca at the Canterbury store is a real credit to the gallery. Extremely knowledgeable and fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, we really enjoyed our afternoon buying some new pieces. No doubt we’ll be back again soon, you will always be our first choice. Thank you James & Keeley Perks

We had our little dog with us today when we visited Canterbury and the lovely staff at Castle Fine Art allowed us to bring her in with us so that we could have a look at some of the pieces we could see from the doorway. Mark was very knowledgeable and was able to give us a lot of information on the various pieces we were interested in. The other two members of staff were also utterly charming and made us very welcome. We found several pieces we will be investing in and would highly recommend a visit.

First shop we went to on our visit to canterbury. Offered drinks and shown around the different artists. Nothing too much trouble and gave us a discount on the two prints we bought without asking. Bonus! Will definitely visit again.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. After we had a site-seeing around the Canterbury I and my friends attended the gallery. The staff members were so rude and tried to chase us out even though we haven't done anything wrong apart from taking pictures. The so-called manager kept asking if we need anything without a reason. While we are taking pictures she came downstairs and told us that we can't leave our belongings around even though we only had jackets and backpacks. We put them on the table temporarily and just we wanted to take good pictures and pose better. She kept saying it would be better to ask their permission. We were also charging our phones and she got annoyed by this and kept saying there are other charging points and It would be better for us to use these places. I don't think I will ever come back to that place again.

Today me and my friends attended this gallery after we have toured the beautiful Canterbury. Since we have entered we was stalked by the blonde female manager and harassed us followed us where ever we went. As we came from London our battery was running low and whilst visiting the gallery we plunged our cellphones to the socket. I was pregnant and tired sitting on the sofa waiting for friends to tour the gallery, this rude ignorant manager of the place all suddenly began to be rude and asked me to get my personal belongings off from the table and phones from the charger. There was no politeness and she was aggressive and she was constantly having alcohol during working hours. Me and friends respect art and I am personally an artist and I have attended so many art galleries in Europe, United Kingdom and other Countries never seen such attitude. Definitely not recommending anyone to visit this gallery in Canterbury.

Very competent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. Tina told us so much about the different processes and techniques the current exhibiting artists used. Very enjoyable experience. Will visit again. Thank you x

I have attended today to this gallery during my visit to Canterbury. The woman with the pink dress whom is to be the manager of that place was a total stalker and harassed me and my friends during our visit. The customer service was so terrible and unprofessional.

I would rather buy Prince Andrew's nail clippings than any "art" sold in this "gallery". Walk around, look at the celebrity pop-art rip-off tack, vomit in your mouth. Im forced to give 1 star, though in spirit this is: No stars.
