Gallery Rouge

We had been searching for ages for the right David Renshaw to add to our collection and sure enough one landed on Gallery Rouge's doors step. I called and the staff were fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for them. The piece was bought and was sent to us extremely well packed and now takes place up on the wall in our lounge. Would happily come back. Thank you.

Great Service. Brought two embellished prints, asked for them to be resized by the artist which was done within a week. The owner came round to personally hang the pieces shortly afterwards.

Prior to Gallery Rouge I visited two other St Albans galleries, one ignored me and the other over sold. GR was perfect, welcoming and professional and made sure my Mrs got exactly what she was after.

I wouldn’t normally purchase art online as you really have to see it to get a feel for it, but having seen the artists work on display before and regretted not buying it I decided go for it. The ordering experience was simple, they were very friendly over the phone and it’s great you get to pick the day of delivery. The painting was very well packed and arrived exactly when it was supposed to. I’m sitting here now looking at it on the wall. Very pleased.
The only thing I would say could be improved would be allowing payment by PayPal.

I’ve bought artwork from Gallery Rouge several times. On every single occasion, delivered in every way:
- very helpful with my selections. Zero pressure, helpful and relevant suggestions
- always very happy to pop round to my home to see how the paintings will look, regardless of whether it ends in a sale! Helpful in deciding where the paintings hang in the space, drawing on a wealth of experience
- very knowledgeable about their artists
- on one occasion, we couldn’t quite find what I needed so the incredible Sara helped to frame some artwork I already had (bought from a market whilst on holiday in Africa). Absolutely transformed them at a fraction of the price!

All in all a friendly and down to earth service every time. Kuldip and the team always deliver to very high standards!
